NOMO — MISSED CALL AUTO-REPLY: SPECIFIC DATA USAGE
1. SMS & Call Log Permissions:
NOMO requires access to your device's Call Logs and SMS capabilities. This data is used locally on your device for the sole purpose of detecting a missed call event and automatically sending a user-defined text message reply.
2. Data Handling:
NOMO does not upload your call history, phone numbers, or messages to any external servers.
NOMO does not share your contact information with third parties.
All processing happens in real-time on your handset.
3. Foreground Service:
To ensure the app functions reliably while the screen is off or the phone is locked, NOMO utilizes a Foreground Service. This is indicated by a persistent notification in your status bar. This service allows the app to monitor for missed calls so
it can provide the auto-reply utility without delay.

4. Data Retention:
The app maintains a local "Activity Log" so you can see which numbers were replied to. You can clear this log at any time
within the app settings.
CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS
NOMO – Missed Call Auto-Reply is committed to protecting children and complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
NOMO does not include social networking features, public user profiles, content sharing, or communication between users. The app does not allow users to exchange messages, images, or media within the app.
NOMO does not permit or tolerate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). Any content or activity involving the exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.
